Subject2Change is a Boston-based jazz sextet performing music together since 2021. Featuring original compositions and arrangements, we cover a vast array of jazz styles; from classic swing, bop, and Latin jazz, to more contemporary funk and fusion.

We pay homage to the great classic composers including Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Frank Foster, Pat Metheny, Horace Silver, Bob Berg and more.  Our vocalist loves a classic, reliable ballad from the Great American Songbook, but equally enjoys surprising our audience with more contemporary vocal fare. 

The repertoire includes fun, rhythmic pieces as well as thoughtful tunes featuring creative lines and off-center harmonies that keep you guessing. Subject2Change brings you the energizing jazz you love — with some unique twists and turns.
